For Heider flashlight products, we are not announcing the lumens of our lights because we believe that lumen measurement has recently lost its reliability. We do not want to involve in an unfair competition with the producers of Far East, and prefer to declare lighting distances instead. Although two flashlights have the same lumens, their lighting performance differs according to LED driver circuit, light frequency and lens. Heider products consist of unique design and technical features.
You can contact to our local offices to place an order for extra batteries. Or, you can purchase a high quality 18650 type 3.7V battery from any retailer in your area. For the Heider MMX model, a 14500 type 3.7V battery is required.
When you order from our website, your product will be delivered to you within 1-5 working days. For this, we use express cargo services. This time may vary depending on your distance. Usually it is 1-3 working days to European countries and America. For other countries, this period may take 1-2 business days longer. Our products are sent from our warehouse closest to you.
We ship worldwide with DHL and/or UPS; however, the courier companies can vary among European countries. We ship your items via PostNL and/or DPD to European countries. We also provide a tracking number after you placed your order. Tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail, and you can track the shipments with this number.
Heider flashlights are powered by an 18650 type 3.7V rechargeable battery. The battery type is different in the Heider MMX model. In this model, 14500 type 3.7V battery is used. Your batteries usually have a capacity of 1000 charges. This makes about 3-5 years for normal use. The batteries in the Heider Flashlight may differ depending on the evolving battery technology.
Your Heider flashlight is under our 5-year warranty. Also the chargers and the batteries are under 6-months of warranty.
Click the on/off button in succession to get the main modes. Clicking the on/off button halfway repeatedly in rapid succession before clicking it trough will open the hidden functional modes. Generally, the lighting modes of all our models have this feature. The lighting modes may differ, in some models or in newly developed versions.

In case of product return and malfunction, you must notify us of this situation via the same e-mail address or live chat in our request. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
We would also like to remind you that; Heider products are manufactured to very high standards and are of very high quality. Products are tested one by one before the shipment. The probability of our products malfunctioning is very low.
If you order from European countries, UK, USA and Australia, we pay all the taxes. All these taxes are included in the product price.
If you are ordering from a country other than these, any tax and customs procedures that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
